Due to the printing process some of the AMS 2 feeder units may have more plastic were the screws thread in. Take the screw that goes in that location and make the hole large enough for it to get started but NOT larger then the screw threads.
Product is made from ASA a cousin to ABS. So it can be fixed like ABS.
