Terms of Service – Hangar12Customs

1. Overview

This website is operated by Hangar12Customs. By accessing our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Products & Use Disclaimer

All products sold by Hangar12Customs are aftermarket, custom-made, and/or 3D printed components.

Due to the nature of 3D printing and custom manufacturing:

  • Minor cosmetic imperfections may be present
  • Fitment may require minor adjustment, tuning, or user setup
  • Products are designed for function and may not match injection-molded finish quality

By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.

3. Installation & Use Responsibility

The customer is responsible for:

  • Proper installation
  • Proper material selection (including but not limited to TPU 95A where specified)
  • Proper printer setup, tuning, and calibration

Hangar12Customs is not responsible for:

  • Improper installation
  • Incorrect material usage
  • Printer misconfiguration

4. Modification Policy (IMPORTANT)

Any modification to the product after delivery, including but not limited to:

  • Drilling
  • Sanding
  • Cutting
  • Resizing or “clearancing”
  • Any physical alteration

Immediately voids all warranty, return, and refund eligibility.

5. Non-Structural Design Elements

Some products may include non-structural or cosmetic design elements that:

  • May arrive separated or imperfect due to geometry or shipping
  • Do not affect product functionality

These are considered normal and are not grounds for refund.

6. Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in original, unused, and unmodified condition
  • Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery

We do not accept returns for:

  • Modified products
  • Used or installed items
  • Products altered in any way

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be offered at our discretion for non-critical issues.

Full Refunds (No Return Option)

In certain cases, a full refund may be offered without return if the customer provides:

  • A clear, continuous video
  • Showing the product being permanently destroyed
  • Including a visible note with name and date
  • Showing the product before and during destruction

Videos must be verifiable and unedited.
Unverifiable submissions will not qualify for refund.

7. Shipping

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • We are not responsible for carrier delays
  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon shipment

8. Warranty

We offer a 14-day limited warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers:

  • Missing parts
  • Manufacturing defects

This warranty does NOT cover:

  • User damage
  • Improper installation
  • Wear and tear
  • Modifications (see Section 4)

9. Limitation of Liability

Hangar12Customs shall not be held liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of use
  • Equipment damage
  • Printer malfunction

Use of our products is at your own risk.

10. Pricing & Availability

  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Product availability may vary
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion

11. Chargebacks & Fraud

Fraudulent claims, misuse of refund policies, or chargebacks without valid cause may result in:

  • Order denial
  • Refusal of future service
  • Collection actions where applicable

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States.
