Hangar12Customs LLC designs and manufactures custom plastic parts for automotive, aviation-adjacent, and specialty applications. All products are intended for non-structural, non-safety-critical use only, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

By purchasing, requesting, or installing any product from Hangar12Customs LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the limitations outlined on this page.

Aviation & FAA Compliance

Hangar12Customs LLC does not design, manufacture, or sell any parts that violate FAA regulations or affect aircraft airworthiness.

We do not produce:

  • Engine components

  • Structural aircraft components

  • Flight-critical or load-bearing parts

  • Control system components

  • Any part required to be FAA-certified or approved

Any aviation-related parts we offer are non-structural plastic replacement or cosmetic components only, intended for interior trim, panel covers, protective caps, or accessory use.

Hangar12Customs LLC makes no claims of airworthiness, certification, or FAA approval for any aviation-related product.

Materials & Manufacturing Limitations

  • All products are manufactured using plastic materials only

  • We do not manufacture metal parts

  • We do not produce forged, cast, machined, or welded components

  • Most parts are 3D printed, which may result in minor layer lines or surface variations

Material selection is based on the intended application (e.g., heat resistance, UV exposure), but plastic parts have inherent limitations and are not a substitute for metal or certified components.

Automotive & Exterior Use Disclaimer

Automotive parts sold by Hangar12Customs LLC are intended for:

  • Cosmetic upgrades

  • Trim replacement

  • Non-structural exterior or interior applications

We do not manufacture:

  • Suspension components

  • Brake components

  • Steering components

  • Load-bearing or crash-safety-related parts

Unless otherwise stated, automotive products are not OEM parts and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any vehicle manufacturer.

Installation and use are the responsibility of the customer.

Custom Part Requests

Custom part requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Submission of a request does not guarantee acceptance or production.

We reserve the right to decline any project that:

  • Falls outside our manufacturing capabilities

  • Involves safety-critical or regulated components

  • Violates FAA, DOT, or other regulatory standards

  • Presents unreasonable liability or misuse risk

Fitment & Responsibility

While we design parts to fit specific vehicles or applications, final fitment, installation, and use are the responsibility of the customer.

Hangar12Customs LLC is not responsible for:

  • Improper installation

  • Modifications made after delivery

  • Damage caused by misuse or unintended applications

  • Consequential or incidental damages

Professional installation is recommended where applicable.

Intellectual Property & Branding

All designs, files, and products created by Hangar12Customs LLC remain the intellectual property of Hangar12Customs LLC unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Vehicle names, model names, and trademarks are used for identification purposes only and remain the property of their respective owners.
