Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

However, due to product demand and production requirements:

  • Some items may be made to order
  • Processing time may extend up to 7 business days before shipment

If there are any significant delays, we will notify you.


Shipping Rates & Carriers

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Location
  • Package weight and size
  • Selected carrier and service

We currently ship using carriers such as:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • DHL international 

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on the selected shipping method and location.

Typical estimates:

  • USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days
  • UPS Ground: 2–5 business days

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Delays

Hangar12Customs is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues
  • Weather conditions
  • High shipping volume
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct.

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Failed delivery attempts

The customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the package and product

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.


International Shipping

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Any additional fees

Hangar12Customs is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
