All products are sold as-is within the scope of their intended function.

Use of any product sold by Hangar12Customs is at the sole risk of the purchaser.

We are not responsible for:

  • Improper installation
  • Incorrect use or misuse
  • Damage to equipment, printers, or other property
  • Any indirect or consequential damages

No Guarantee of Performance

Due to variables such as:

  • Printer setup
  • Material type and condition
  • User configuration

We do not guarantee identical performance across all setups.

Results may vary.

Modification Disclaimer

Any modification to the product after delivery, including but not limited to:

  • Drilling
  • Sanding
  • Cutting
  • Resizing or altering components

Voids all warranty and liability coverage.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hangar12Customs shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of use, revenue, or business
  • Equipment or system failures

Our total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

Product Application Disclaimer

Products are designed only for the specific applications listed.

Use outside of intended applications is at the customer’s own risk.

Aircraft / Specialty Use Disclaimer

Any products used in aviation or similar applications are sold for:

  • Experimental
  • Non-certified
  • Off-road or non-regulated use only

The purchaser assumes full responsibility for installation and use.

Intellectual Property

All original product designs, CAD files, engineering drawings, photographs, graphics, logos, branding, written content, manuals, and website content are the exclusive property of Hangar12Customs unless otherwise indicated.

Purchase of a product does not grant any license to reproduce, manufacture, scan, reverse engineer for commercial reproduction, distribute, or sell copies of any Hangar12Customs product.

Unauthorized commercial reproduction of our products through 3D scanning, molding, casting, CAD recreation, or other manufacturing methods is prohibited.

 

Compatibility Notice

Products described as compatible with third-party equipment are independently designed aftermarket accessories.

Any reference to third-party brands or products is made solely to identify compatibility.

Hangar12Customs is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or authorized by the respective manufacturers unless expressly stated.
