Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been installed, used, or modified in any way
  • Products that have been altered, adjusted, or “clearanced” after delivery
  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse

Important Notice

Due to the nature of 3D printed and custom-manufactured products:

  • Minor cosmetic imperfections may be present
  • Some features may require tuning, adjustment, or setup by the user
  • Certain non-structural elements may appear imperfect or separated but do not affect functionality

These characteristics are not considered defects.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your provider

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion for non-critical issues that do not affect product functionality.


Full Refunds (No Return Option)

In certain cases, a full refund may be offered without return if the customer provides:

  • A clear, continuous video
  • Showing the product being permanently destroyed
  • Including a visible note with name and date
  • Showing the product clearly before and during destruction

Submissions must be verifiable and unedited.
Unverifiable or altered submissions will not qualify.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or missing components.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at hangar12customs@gmail.com with your order number and reason
  2. Wait for approval and return instructions
  3. Ship the item back as instructed

Do not send items back without approval.


Limited Warranty

Hangar12Customs provides a 14-day limited warranty from the date of delivery under normal and intended use.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Missing components

This warranty does not cover:

  • Improper installation
  • Misuse or incorrect material use
  • Modifications or alterations of any kind
  • Wear and tear
  • Cosmetic imperfections inherent to 3D printing

Any modification to the product voids all warranty coverage immediately.


Additional Notes

  • Fitment is guaranteed only for the listed application
  • Variations due to user setup, printer configuration, or aftermarket components are not covered
  • Products may require tuning or adjustment depending on the user’s setup

Aircraft-related products are sold for experimental or non-certified use only. Use is at the purchaser’s own risk.
