Frequently asked questions

My package hasn’t shipped yet — what’s going on?

We do keep certain products in stock, but due to demand we may occasionally sell out. When that happens, the part has to be made to order. Production takes time depending on current workload and print queue. As soon as your part is completed, your order will be finalized and shipped out right away. You’ll receive tracking information once it’s on its way.

We appreciate your patience and support as a small business.

What materials do you use?

We use an assortment of materials that is heavy researched for the use they will be used in.

The materials are:

  • ASA
  • TPU 90A
  • Polycarbonate

Our listings do have the materials listed in the description as well.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

We are closed on SAT-SUN all orders that have been bought will be shipped the next upcoming MONDAY

What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.

Are any purchases final sale?

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.

Our products are manufactured here in the United States. Everything that is listed is stress tested and pushed to its limits to ensure the highest quality.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
